Each box is made of high quality plastic, surviving many supply cycles. Cardboard boxes and wooden pallets degrade and splinter over time with costly production and short life-spans.
MegaPacks are long lasting and clean, producing no dust and unable to harbor any foreign bodies such as bugs or organic material.

Each MegaPack consists of 4 parts:
- Base
- Layed Pad
- Sleeve
- Lid
The base and sleeve are connected with locking devices, holding the sleeve firmly in place.

Hyboxes
We are also able to offer high quality, hygienic pallet boxes and pallets.
Made from food grade PP material, our Hyboxes are ideal for Pharmaceutical, Food, Engineering and other sensitive industries.
The same style as our Mega-Packs, they offer a higher quality finish from pure PP Food grade material.
Completely sealed sleeves ensures no dirt or dust can enter them. Hyboxes have no moving parts, as the sleeves sit flush into the pallet base creating a clean, sealed unit.
We are also able to customise the sleeves, layer pads and dividers to your requirement.
